  • If the recipient is not at the given address at the time of delivery, the flowers will be left at a neighbor, or we will contact the recipient for later deliver. If we can’t reach the recipient, the sender will be contacted.
    • The only way an order can be cancelled is if it was not carried out.
    • Photos in our web site are representing the medium size of the product. Vases are not included in bouquet prices.

    • Delivery & Work Hours

    • Deliveries to hotels, hospitals, army bases, embassies, and similar facilities will require signature of the receptionist only.
  • All orders that will be received before 16:00 that day will be carried out the same day. All orders after 16:00 will be delivered the next day. If the order will be missing a date, the delivery will be sent the same day.
  • On Fridays and Holidays the border time will be 12:00 noon.
  • Delivery to Ramat-Hagolan ,West bank, Settlement and beyond the green line will be charged by the geographic place, in 3 days notice.
